The Dubai International Content Market (DICM) 2024, which brings together Industry professionals worldwide, is scheduled to take place from November 12 to 13, 2024, at Madinat Jumeirah. The event comprises two days of networking, partnership opportunities, and exclusive content showcases spanning drama, animation, documentaries, and more.

DICM is one of the largest and most influential content markets in the MENA region, offering a unique platform for content producers, distributors, broadcasters, and buyers to explore new opportunities, form partnerships, and discover the latest projects. With more than 80 exhibitors and content from countries such as Turkey, Korea, the UK, USA, India, France, and the UAE, DICM 2024 is shaping up to be the event’s most dynamic edition yet.

Over 200 buyers are expected to attend the event, encompassing various segments such as DICM Talks, an insightful series of discussions with some of the industry’s biggest names. Some of the talks planned for this year’s edition are Turkish Programming Spotlight: Trends, Innovations, and Partnership Opportunities; Collaboration Beyond Boundaries: The Co-Production Frontier; MENA’s New Media Moguls: Exploring the Rise of Local Streaming Platforms; and The Rise of Original Arabic Content.

Other segments at DICM include Producers Connect: A World of Co-Production Opportunities, which will gather some of the biggest companies in the global entertainment industry, opening doors for co-production deals and partnerships. Industry giants like Fox Entertainment Global, Blue Ant, Eccho Rights, Caracol, Golden Capra, MediaHub, Seriella, and Kanal D will all be present, actively seeking co-production opportunities with local and international players.

The event will also feature four major pavilions from Korea, Russia, and Turkey, bringing a host of exhibitors showcasing a vast array of innovative content. These pavilions will be a focal point for anyone exploring new trends, genres, and partnership opportunities from these powerhouse content markets.

DICM 2024 will also feature the ‘Content Business Hub’ segment, an exclusive platform for one-on-one meetings with top executives. With more meetings being pre-scheduled than ever before, the Hub ensures that all participants can maximise their networking and deal-making potential. Additionally, attendees will be treated to exclusive screenings and content showcases of the latest dramas, animations, and documentaries, along with live discussions with their creators and distributors.
