WPP Launches WPP Production, Unifying Creative Talent Worldwide

WPP has officially announced the establishment of WPP Production, a new entity that combines Hogarth with the production teams from across its global network into a single, cohesive platform. This initiative brings together nearly 10,000 creative producers under one organisation.

Richard Glasson, Global CEO of Hogarth, will lead WPP Production. This new entity is set to drive innovation and quality in production, aiming to establish itself as “the world’s largest content production powerhouse.”

WPP Production is built on four fundamental pillars: a unified global team of craft experts, integration with agency producers, next-generation content creation, and a high-velocity content studio. By consolidating WPP’s production resources, the initiative is expected to boost operational efficiency and foster connectivity across different markets.

A significant investment in talent and technology is central to this initiative, with a strong emphasis on utilising Generative AI and virtual production techniques.
WPP Production also plans to expand its network by opening new studio locations worldwide and enhancing the existing Hogarth Studios.

The transition to WPP Production is set to be completed by February 23, 2026. The new entity will operate in over 40 cities, maintaining local expertise and cultural relevance while ensuring consistent global standards.

Richard Glasson expressed his enthusiasm for the new venture, stating, “This is a transformative moment for us and, more importantly, for our clients. By uniting WPP’s craft expertise in WPP Production, we strengthen our position at the core of WPP’s integrated offerings. This initiative will allow us to harness the complete power of WPP – including our talent, creativity, technology, and data – to redefine content creation. Our goal is to deliver innovative, world-class storytelling that drives results for our clients.”

Cindy Rose, CEO of WPP, highlighted the strategic importance of this new launch, noting, “The introduction of WPP Production is a key element of our strategy to integrate our services, making it simpler for clients to access the full range of WPP’s capabilities. In a rapidly changing landscape where content is paramount, WPP Production will be the driving force that positions us as the trusted growth partner for our clients. This initiative aims to deliver outstanding value and establish new standards for the quality and scale of content production on a global scale.”
