Netflix has announced the upcoming release of Egyptian director Waleed El Halfawy’s comedy hit Wesh Fi Wesh on April 25, 2024, following a successful theatrical run at cinemas across Egypt.

The film revolves around a couple, portrayed by Mohamed Mamdouh and Amina Khalil, navigating their marital challenges. In a final attempt to salvage their relationship, they enlist the help of their friends. However, when conflicting personalities collide, and tensions escalate, a mishap locks everyone inside the same apartment, sparking a series of absurd and chaotic events.

Directed by filmmaker Yasser Sami, Wesh Fi Wesh features a script by Ahmed Ezzat Amin and Salah El Gehiny.

Produced by Sea Cinema Productions, Synergy Films, Film Square, and Arab Motion, the star-studded cast includes Anoushka, Bayoumi Fouad, Asmaa Galal, Mohamed Shahin, Salwa Mohamed Ali, Samy Maghawry, among others.

Since its release last summer, the film has garnered significant success, grossing $320,000.
