The Kijitonyama FTTx Experience Centre in Dar es Salaam showcases the benefits of fibre internet, demonstrating how it can connect various devices within a household or workspace. This enables users to control appliances, enjoy high-quality streaming content, and maintain consistent online productivity.

Recently, the Tanzania Telecommunications Corporation (TTCL) inaugurated the Kijitonyama FTTx Experience Centre, a flagship venue designed to drive digital transformation and enhance everyday digital experiences across Tanzania.

Designed to provide practical demonstrations of TTCL’s high-speed fibre internet services, the centre illustrates how dependable connectivity can support homes, offices, and businesses alike. Visitors can experience the benefits of fibre broadband, including seamless streaming, smart home integration, online gaming, remote work, and efficient digital operations.

During the launch event, TTCL Board Chairman David Nchimbi emphasised the company’s dedication to broadening access to advanced communication technologies. He highlighted TTCL’s efforts to connect Tanzanians to the global digital ecosystem through innovative solutions that promote the adoption of smart homes and businesses.

TTCL Director General Moremi Marwa noted that the experience centre is part of the company’s wider strategy to enhance service delivery and increase revenue. He remarked that the facility enables customers to engage directly with TTCL services and understand their practical advantages.

TTCL warmly invites the public to visit the Kijitonyama FTTx Experience Centre and discover the future of connected living powered by its fibre broadband infrastructure.
