Broadcast Media Africa (BMA) is pleased to announce that the Broadcasters Convention – West Africa 2026 will be held at the prestigious Labadi Beach Hotel, Accra, Ghana, on 22 – 23 September 2026.
The annual convention is expected to bring together senior executives, broadcasters, media owners, content creators, regulators, policymakers, technology innovators, and industry stakeholders from across West Africa to explore the latest developments, emerging opportunities, and strategic priorities shaping the future of the broadcasting and media sector.

Over two days, delegates will participate in keynote presentations, panel discussions, industry case studies, and networking sessions covering a range of topics, including digital broadcasting, AI-driven media transformation, content monetisation, audience engagement, platform innovation, regulatory developments, and the future of television, radio, and digital media services in the region.
Speaking on the announcement, Mr Benjamin Pius, CEO of Broadcast Media Africa, said, “West Africa’s broadcasting and media industry is entering a period of unprecedented change and opportunity. The Broadcasters Convention – West Africa 2026 is designed to provide stakeholders with the insights, partnerships, and strategic discussions needed to thrive in this evolving environment.
