
Malawi’s President, Professor Arthur Peter Mutharika, has appointed Harold Mac Brey Msusa as the new Secretary for Information and Communication Technology.
Msusa brings over 20 years of experience in public affairs, sustainability, regulatory management, and digital transformation across the public, private, and development sectors.
The presidency highlighted Msusa’s proven ability to drive institutional reform, foster impactful partnerships, and implement strategic initiatives that align government efforts with innovative solutions.
