Animotion Media Group Unveils Exclusive 3D TV Series ‘Detective Finnick’ At Mipcom

Animotion Media Group will launch its new 3D TV series, Detective Finnick, as an exclusive Mipcom premiere. The successful launch of the first Finnick feature film in theatres in over 50 countries and the project’s presence on leading platforms such as Hulu, Amazon, Vudu, beIN, and Etisalat have been instrumental in the franchise’s continued development. The series has two seasons and a second feature film in production.

The seemingly quiet and calm town of Berg is full of secrets and mysteries. Unexplainable incidents constantly occur in it. Suddenly, all clocks stop working, or all the streets get filled with strange micro-dogs. Fortunately, the town is being watched by its invisible keepers – finns. They can see and hear everything that happens in it. If something mysterious occurs, the Finns know exactly who to ask for help. The legendary saviour of Berg will come to the rescue, mastering his very own “trial and error” method – Detective Finnick with his motley team of finns.

The series runtime has been expanded from seven minutes in season 1 to 11 minutes in season 2. This has been done to incorporate more complicated detective plots that would attract the target audiences of six—to 10-year-olds.

Production is already underway for the second season, which will consist of 26 episodes of 11 minutes each. The project is now open for broadcasting opportunities.
