Broadcast Media Africa (BMA), in collaboration with the Southern African Broadcasting Association (SABA), invites all industry professionals to submit entries for the forthcoming Broadcast Media Awards – Southern Africa 2025.

Happening on 29 October 2025 in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe, the Awards will run with the Broadcasters Convention – Southern Africa 2025, bringing together the region’s most influential voices in broadcasting for three days of thought leadership, networking, and celebration.

The Broadcast Media Awards are designed to recognise and reward the best in creativity, innovation, and impact across radio, television, and digital media. From powerful storytelling and compelling journalism to cutting-edge technology and strategies that reach and engage audiences, these Awards celebrate excellence.

Why Your Entry Matters

  • Showcase your organisation’s leadership and creativity.
  • Gain recognition from industry peers across the region.
  • Be celebrated on a platform that highlights the very best of broadcasting.

Speaking about the Awards, Mr Benjamin Pius, CEO of Broadcast Media Africa (BMA), said, “The Broadcast Media Awards are more than just a ceremony — they are a powerful recognition of the creativity, dedication, and innovation driving broadcasting across Southern Africa. Each entry represents a story of resilience and ingenuity, and we look forward to celebrating those who continue to shape and inspire our industry.”

This is your moment to stand out. The stage is set, the spotlight is waiting – all that is missing is your entry.

Full details of categories, criteria, and entry guidelines can be found on the Broadcast Media Africa website: HERE.

Submission Deadline: 03 October 2025 – Don’t wait until it’s too late!
