FIFA Gives FIFA+ (Its Global Digital Football Hub) Rights To DAZN

In a landmark move to reshape the digital football landscape, DAZN and FIFA have unveiled a long-term partnership to transform FIFA+ into the global digital “Home of Football” on DAZN’s platform.

The partnership combines DAZN’s streaming expertise with FIFA’s global football influence to create a direct-to-consumer channel. It aims to expand the sport’s reach and engage younger, digital-first audiences.

As part of the launch, DAZN will stream the full FIFA Club World Cup 2025™, a major tournament featuring 32 top clubs across US cities. A daily show, The Press, will provide highlights, analysis, behind-the-scenes access, and fan reactions.

Post-tournament, the platform will evolve into a continuous, always-on football service, showcasing live matches, breaking stories, and rich editorial content from over 150 men’s and women’s leagues and national teams. Historical footage, documentaries, and original series will also feature prominently, creating a holistic football experience.

The partnership is more than a broadcasting deal—it is a strategic alignment. By combining FIFA’s extensive content archive and global network with DAZN’s advanced technology and streaming infrastructure, the alliance seeks to empower member associations and leagues with worldwide distribution potential.

DAZN Group CEO Shay Segev expressed enthusiasm about the partnership:

“This collaboration with FIFA marks a turning point in global football broadcasting. Together, we’re creating a destination that caters to every type of fan—from the casual viewer to the devoted supporter—while opening up new avenues for engagement and storytelling.”

FIFA Secretary General Mattias Grafström added:

“FIFA is committed to innovation and growing the game sustainably for future generations. Partnering with DAZN on FIFA+ fits squarely within that vision, bringing our content closer to fans in every corner of the world.”

With the power of technology and the global appeal of football united under one digital roof, FIFA+ on DAZN aims to redefine how fans experience the sport in the modern era.
