In a groundbreaking partnership, TikTok and DAZN have announced a collaboration to revolutionise fan engagement for the FIFA Club World Cup 2025. This innovative alliance will leverage TikTok’s vast global reach and DAZN’s extensive sports content to create an immersive experience for football enthusiasts.

For the first time, all 63 matches of the expanded 32-team tournament will be live-streamed globally and free to view exclusively on the DAZN app, making this prestigious event more accessible to fans worldwide. Central to the collaboration will be the dedicated FIFA Club World Cup Hub on TikTok, a platform designed to provide exclusive content tailored specifically for the TikTok audience. This hub will showcase behind-the-scenes access to teams and players, quick match highlights for instant replays, interactive creator and athlete takeovers, real-time fan reactions, and original DAZN programming optimised for a mobile-first experience.

Rollo Goldstaub, Global Head of Sports Partnerships at TikTok, emphasised the platform’s transformative power, stating, “TikTok is changing how fans interact with sports, making every moment more immersive and shareable. Partnering with DAZN allows us to bring the FIFA Club World Cup closer to fans, capturing the heart of the action as it unfolds.”

Joe Caporoso, President at DAZN’s Whistle, echoed this sentiment, highlighting TikTok as the perfect partner to enhance the event’s excitement. “Together, we’re merging premium sports rights with the creativity of the TikTok community to deliver a new era of interactive fan experiences.”

This partnership aligns with DAZN’s Global Football Creator Program, aiming to engage over 100 digital creators to deliver authentic, user-generated content. Research indicates that 93% of football fans want to engage with the FIFA Club World Cup beyond live broadcasts, signalling a growing demand for diverse and interactive content.

As anticipation builds for the FIFA Club World Cup 2025, this collaboration between TikTok and DAZN is set to redefine how fans experience football, fostering a new generation of passionate supporters.
