South Africa: Regulators Approve Datatcentrix’s Alliance With Convergence Partners

Datacentrix announced that Convergence Partners, via its Convergence Partners Digital Infrastructure Fund, along with the existing Datacentrix management team, had entered into a definitive agreement with Alviva Holdings to acquire 100% of Datacentrix. This agreement was subject to the fulfilment of certain conditions and regulatory approval. Today,

Datacentrix is pleased to confirm that all parties met the required conditions. The independent regulatory body ICASA and the Competition Commission have approved the transaction.
