MTN Nigeria recently unveiled its first fully digitised 5G-powered experience centre in Abuja, located at its regional office in Maitama. The centre, a testament to our unwavering commitment to customer service, aims to enhance the user experience through cutting-edge technology and offers a range of digital services, showcasing MTN’s dedication to meeting the growing demands of its users.

During the unveiling ceremony, Ogunwa Nwoye, Chief Customer and Experience Officer, expressed that the center represents MTN’s dedication to transforming customer experiences through technology. Nwoye emphasised the company’s goal of bringing a digitally immersive experience close to its customers and businesses.

The centre, designed with local relevance, allows customers to access various services independently using digital kiosks. This includes purchasing SIM cards, airtime, and data plans, as well as exploring smart home solutions and 5G-enabled devices.

Nwoye highlighted MTN’s investments in technology, from 3G and 4G to now 5G, and expressed the belief that Nigeria’s full potential can be reached through technology. The centre’s 5G-enabled services are expected to drive digital transformation across sectors, a vision reiterated by ThankGod Otorkpa, Regional General Manager, North MTN Nigeria, who emphasised the importance of human connection in the digital age.

The launch event, which was graced by select customers, brand influencers, and industry experts, was a celebration of their integral role in the 5G revolution and their eagerness to witness its potential impact on everyday life.
