Ooredoo has renewed its collaboration with beIN Media Group, ensuring that customers in Qatar will continue to enjoy premier sports and entertainment programming, including the forthcoming FIFA World Cup 2026.

The agreement was officially signed at Ooredoo’s headquarters by Sheikh Ali bin Jabor bin Mohammad Al Thani and Mohammad Abdulaziz Al-Subaie, with senior officials from both organisations also in attendance.

With this renewed partnership, Ooredoo Home+ customers subscribed to the beIN Ultimate package will continue to access 69 channels, enhanced by beIN’s digital streaming platforms, TOD and beIN Connect. This comprehensive offering aims to provide subscribers with an uninterrupted entertainment experience across various connected devices, whether they are at home or on the go.

The partnership guarantees ongoing access to beIN Sports, which broadcasts significant international and regional sports events spanning football, tennis, motorsports, basketball, and more. In addition to the FIFA World Cup 2026, subscribers will also have the opportunity to view key tournaments such as the AFC Asian Cup 2027 and the CAF Africa Cup of Nations 2027.

Beyond sports, the renewal encompasses beIN’s diverse entertainment offerings, which include channels focused on films, TV series, drama, and children’s programming. Subscribers will continue to enjoy content from beIN Movies, beIN Series, beIN Drama, JeemTV, Baraem, and beJunior.

Sheikh Ali bin Jabor bin Mohammad Al Thani, CEO of Ooredoo Qatar, stated: “Sports and entertainment unite people, transcending borders, languages, and generations. This renewed partnership with beIN embodies that belief, as well as our goal to enhance our customers’ experiences. By merging advanced connectivity with top-tier sports and entertainment, we’re crafting a seamless digital landscape that adapts to our customers’ evolving needs.”

Mohammad Abdulaziz Al-Subaie, CEO of beIN MENA, commented: “Our extended partnership with Ooredoo reflects a mutual vision to offer unrivalled access to premium sports and entertainment. By integrating our world-class content with Ooredoo’s sophisticated digital infrastructure, we are ensuring audiences across Qatar can enjoy high-quality viewing of iconic global events, anytime and anywhere.”

This renewal highlights Ooredoo’s commitment to blending high-speed connectivity with high-quality content, ultimately delivering a seamless and connected digital entertainment experience.
