The Saudi Media Forum has taken a significant step in expanding its global reach by signing a cooperation agreement with TAIT, a leading name in live event production and creative design. This partnership aims to enhance the Kingdom’s expertise in event management, innovation, and experiential design, further elevating Saudi Arabia’s role in the media, entertainment, and cultural sectors.

Mohammed Al-Harthi, Chairman of the Saudi Media Forum, and Soren West, CEO of TAIT for the Middle East and North Africa, officially signed the agreement. This initiative marks a pivotal moment in the forum’s goals to establish influential international partnerships, building on its recent participation at MIPCOM in Cannes and the FIPP World Media Congress in Madrid. These events have underscored Saudi Arabia’s increasing importance in the global media landscape and showcased its initiatives to industry leaders.

As part of this collaboration, both organisations will exchange knowledge and expertise in event planning, production, and creative design. The focus will be on enhancing large-scale live experiences through knowledge sharing, cutting-edge technologies, and innovative methods to engage audiences and elevate visual performances. A primary goal of the partnership is to nurture local talent and enhance organisational capabilities for major media and cultural events throughout the Kingdom.

Al-Harthi emphasised that this partnership underscores the forum’s dedication to fostering a comprehensive media ecosystem that merges creativity with impactful content, aligned with the rapid transformation of the Kingdom. He highlighted that TAIT’s involvement will enhance event design and audience experiences, projecting a contemporary image of Saudi Arabia on the world stage.

He also noted that the forum is committed to leveraging global partnerships to bolster a competitive national media industry. This agreement is part of a broader strategy to strengthen international collaboration and adopt leading global standards in production and live event innovation.

Through these strategic alliances, the Saudi Media Forum is enhancing its role as a vital national platform for advancing the media landscape and preparing for the future of communication, thereby solidifying Saudi Arabia’s standing in the global media arena.
