The post-apocalyptic HBO Original series ‘The Last of Us’ returns with a new season after two whole years since the show’s launch in 2023.

The second season of the HBO Original series The Last of Us is set to premiere exclusively on OSN+ on April 14, 2025.

Following its acclaimed debut in 2023, the upcoming seven-episode season will continue the narrative of its beloved characters, navigating a post-apocalyptic world filled with peril and emotional depth. Fans can expect the same storytelling and standout performances that made the first season a global success.

Returning to their roles are Pedro Pascal as Joel, Bella Ramsey as Ellie, Gabriel Luna as Tommy and Rutina Wesley as Maria. The new season also introduces several fresh faces, including Kaitlyn Dever as Abby, Isabela Merced as Dina, Young Mazino as Jesse, Ariela Barer as Mel, Tati Gabrielle as Nora, Spencer Lord as Owen, Danny Ramirez as Manny and Jeffrey Wright as Isaac. Additionally, Catherine O’Hara will appear as a guest star.

A co-production with Sony Pictures Television, The Last of Us is written and executive-produced by Craig Mazin and Neil Druckmann. The series is based on the widely celebrated The Last of Us video game franchise, originally developed by Naughty Dog for PlayStation consoles.
