Es’hailSat Partners With Morocco’s Public Broadcaster To Enhance Broadcasting Services

Es’hailSat, Qatar’s satellite company, has entered a multi-year, multi-transponder agreement with Morocco’s public broadcaster, Société Nationale de Radiodiffusion et de Télévision (SNRT).

The partnership includes Direct-to-Home (DTH) services, satellite transponders for Digital Terrestrial Television (DTT) and video contribution services via the Es’hail-1 satellite at the strategic 25.5° East orbital position.

The Es’hail-1 satellite’s expansive footprint spans the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, ensuring optimised signal coverage and a substantial viewership reach for SNRT’s diverse programming. This collaboration reflects Es’hailSat’s commitment to delivering a wide range of content tailored to regional demands.

Ali Ahmed Al-Kuwari, President & CEO at Es’hailSat, said: “Es’hailSat is delighted to welcome SNRT Morocco and bring on board one of the region’s leading public broadcasters to our satellite hotspot. We believe that the range of programming and depth of the channel bouquet we offer at Es’hailSat aligns perfectly with SNRT’s vision to provide quality Moroccan content catering to audiences across the region.”

The public broadcaster is now part of the Es’hailSat video neighbourhood, adding to the premium content currently broadcasting via the Es’hail-1 and Es’hail-2 satellites.
