Viacom18’s DesiPlay TV Now Accessible On Starz On In MENA

Viacom18 has recently launched the popular Hindi FAST channel, DesiPlay TV, on Starz On in the Middle East and North Africa. This significant move by IndiaCast Media Distribution Pvt. Ltd., the content asset monetisation arm of TV18 and Viacom18, marks DesiPlay TV’s availability on two major streaming platforms in the MENA region.

DesiPlay TV offers a carefully curated collection of popular Hindi television shows and Bollywood films, which have gained immense popularity among viewers worldwide. With this recent launch, DesiPlay TV is now accessible on several leading FAST platforms, including Starz On, Shahid, TELUS, Pluto TV, Plex, Sling, Rakuten TV, and Yupp TV.

This provides audiences with easy access to the diverse and rich Indian storytelling across MENA, the Americas, and Europe. DesiPlay TV’s presence on Starz On, a prominent streaming platform in the region, is expected to further amplify its popularity and reach among Hindi content-consuming audiences.

Govind Shahi, Executive Vice President and Head of International Business at IndiaCast Media Distribution Pvt.
