Organisers of the much anticipated 8th Broadcast and Digital Media Convention—Africa, set to take place on 08 – 10 October 2024 at the Swakopmund Legacy Hotel, Namibia, have solidified the event as a key event in the media industry. This year’s convention, hosted by the Namibia Broadcasting Corporation and held alongside the 31st AGM for SABA, serves as a vibrant forum for presenting cutting-edge innovations in broadcast and digital media technologies.

The convention, with the theme “Broadcasting and Content Publishing in the AI-Infused Digital Ecosystem,” will unite industry leaders, innovators, and professionals from the broadcast and digital media sectors. It aims to foster collaboration, spark innovation, and provide a stage for discussing the latest trends, technologies, and challenges impacting the industry.

Benjamin Pius, CEO and publisher of Broadcast Media Africa commented on the event, saying, “The 8th Broadcast and Digital Media Convention is more than just a gathering; it is a catalyst for transformation in our industry. This event is pivotal for driving discussions that will shape the future of broadcasting and digital media in the AI era.”

Participants will gain insights from a series of keynote speeches, panel discussions, workshops, and exhibitions and have the unique opportunity to network, share knowledge, and explore new business prospects.
