beIN MEDIA GROUP, a leading global sports, entertainment, and media entity, has confirmed the renewal of its broadcasting agreement with the National Basketball Association (NBA) to showcase NBA games across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA).

This renewal marks the continuation of a successful partnership that has lasted 17 years, with beIN holding the NBA broadcasting rights in the MENA region since 2008. The updated agreement encompasses regular-season games, the NBA Playoffs, Conference Finals, and the NBA Finals. Fans across MENA will now have access to comprehensive multilingual coverage of the NBA in Arabic, English, and French through beIN’s flagship sports channels and its premium OTT service, TOD.

Mohammad Al-Subaie, CEO of beIN MENA, expressed his pride in the long-standing partnership, noting, “Our collaboration with the NBA is one of the most significant in our broadcasting portfolio. We are delighted to continue delivering top-tier basketball content to audiences throughout the MENA region. This renewal demonstrates our commitment to providing world-class, multilingual, and multi-platform coverage for our viewers.”

Matt Brabants, NBA Senior Vice President and Head of International Content Partnerships, remarked, “We are excited to extend our broadcasting partnership with beIN MENA, bringing the thrill of NBA action to fans across the Middle East and North Africa. With live games, highlights, and exclusive content offered in Arabic, English, and French, audiences will continue to experience unmatched access to the league’s most exciting moments.”

Fans can catch the action live on beIN SPORTS, with today’s games featuring the New York Knicks vs. the Dallas Mavericks and the Houston Rockets vs. the Cleveland Cavaliers. This Saturday, viewers can look forward to the Los Angeles Clippers facing the Charlotte Hornets and the New York Knicks squaring off against the Orlando Magic, all available live on beIN SPORTS.

Additionally, beIN has recently announced an extension of its NBA broadcasting rights in France, a contract it has maintained since 2012. With this recent renewal, beIN solidifies its status as an official NBA broadcaster across 23 countries.
