Paramount+ Partners With beIN Media Group To Bring Premium Streaming Content To Turkey

According to industry reports, Paramount+ is set to launch in Turkey through a partnership with beIN Media Group, bringing blockbuster films such as Transformers: Rise of the Beasts and Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning, along with hit series like The Agency, Elsbeth and the NCIS franchise, according to a report by Deadline.

Under the agreement between Paramount Global Content Distribution and beIN, the streaming service will be integrated as a branded destination on beIN’s OTT platforms, TOD and beIN Connect.

This collaboration will provide Turkish audiences access to an extensive library of content, including films from Paramount Pictures and Republic Pictures, series from CBS Studios, and acclaimed dramas from Showtime.

The announcement was made at the London TV Screenings, where Paramount Global showcases its latest offerings. This expansion follows the success of a similar Paramount+ destination in the MENA region, which was also launched in partnership with beIN last year.

Dan Cohen, Chief Content Licensing Officer at Paramount and President of Republic Pictures talked about the value of the ongoing collaboration with beIN and said that the new deal strengthens the relationship between the studio and the pay-TV operator. Paramount Global has increasingly shifted its international strategy from launching standalone Paramount+ services to partnering with pay-TV platforms to create branded content hubs within their ecosystems.

“Our Paramount+ branded destinations have consistently proven to meet the demand among streaming consumers for high-quality entertainment as well as attract new subscribers to respective platforms, offering users new avenues to access our acclaimed content,” Cohen added.

Esra Özaral Altop, Chief Entertainment Content Officer at beIN Media Group, highlighted the deal’s significance, noting that it reinforces beIN’s commitment to delivering top-tier films and series across its operating regions. “With exclusive access to Paramount’s outstanding content library, we are elevating the beIN experience with an unparalleled selection of movies, series, and entertainment,” she commented.
