In the heart of East Africa, nestled within the bustling streets of Addis Ababa, lies a burgeoning digital media ecosystem waiting to be explored.

On the 7th and 8th of May 2024, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, will play host to the Broadcast And Digital Media Convention – East Africa. This groundbreaking event will focus on local content, channels, and programs within the digital broadcasting ecosystem. This gathering will serve as a platform for local and international stakeholders to exchange ideas, share experiences, and pave the way for the future of digital media in Ethiopia and beyond.

Speaking about the upcoming industry meeting, Mr Benjamin Pius, CEO of Broadcast Media Africa and the Publisher of this platform, said, “At the heart of any thriving digital ecosystem is its local content.
